United Victory Colors. 1942 Fall Season. Woolen Color Card of America issued by The Textile Color Card Association of the United States.

Last week the PhilaU history of costume class visited TDC to learn about fashions of the 1940s.  We pulled out this color card that shows a reduced number of colors for the 1942 fall palette due to fabric rationing during WWII.
